Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

This allows us to offer your time slot to someone on the waitlist. When notice is too short, it’s difficult to fill the space, and others miss the chance to receive care. Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us keep things running smoothly for all.
